Doug Vaughan launched NAI Vaughan Management Company on January 1, 2006. His goal: to provide world class property management services to New Mexico’s property owners.

Vaughan’s trademark is excellence in customer service with a commitment to putting the clients’ needs first. The same level of expertise and personalized service can be found at NAI Vaughan Management Company.

In February 2007, NAI Vaughan Management Company merged with Commercial Asset Management. Commercial Asset Management founding partner Jodie Stone joined President Linda Bishop, CPM as Senior Vice President of Commercial Properties.

NAI Vaughan Management Company handles 15 commercial properties with approximately 925,000 square feet of office buildings and shopping centers in 15 different buildings as well as many residential rental properties.
